Lubrication of high temperature chains (very hot chains)
We focus mostly on conveyor chains that are commonly used in kilns and ovens operating at permanent temperatures exceeding 150°C i.e. :
- Overhead or floor conveyors for the treatment of metal surfaces
- Chains of curing ovens in particle boards and insulation materials industries
- Chains of decoration / polymerization ovens for metal or plastic packaging

Solutions proposed by LUBRILOG :
1 - ESTAR range : low residue, synthetic oils for the lubrication of hot chains in WOOD AND INSULATION industries. They can be used in continuous operation at temperatures up to 250°C and perform well in dusty environment.
2 - FLUOSTAR CHAIN range : Synthetic Perfluorinated oils for the lubrication of chains in the metal and plastic PACKAGING industries. They are totally nonflammable and generate no residue. They can be used in continuous operation at temperatures up to 300°C and give excellent results when production lines have to remain perfectly clean
