Personal data is reserved for the use of LUBRILOG SAS and may only be transmitted to service providers involved in the management of your request.

Personal data is kept for the time necessary for the purpose of processing, i.e. as long as the contact remains active. In the event that the contact becomes inactive, the data will be deleted within 3 years at the latest for an information request or 5 years for a complaint.
